Pricing

Straight Road Electronics makes every effort to provide current and  accurate information relating to the Products and prices, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any such information. All prices are subject to change at any time. For current pricing, call your Straight Road Electronics Sales Representative at 800-507-6146. Prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Method of Payment

Orders are taken on Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, UnionPay, American Express and PayPal or open account. Credit Card will be charged upon order placement. Open account status is granted to well rated firms, institutions and government agencies. To established businesses with at least three credit references and a banking history. Terms of payment are net 30. Past due accounts are subject to a late payment charge. To open an account, call your Straight Road Electronics Sales Representative. For credit card orders of $2,500.00 or over, a 3.0% service charge will be added.

Sales Tax

Straight Road Electronics is required by law to charge and collect state and local sales tax in California. Open account customers must have a state sales tax exemption certificate on file with Straight Road Electronics to avoid state sales tax charges. Sales tax will always be charged unless otherwise indicated.

Unless otherwise quoted, all shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Irvine, California.
All sales are final and parts are ncnr.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order for orders shipping within United States is $25.00 - If not able to reach $25.00 a minimum service fee will be added to reach $25.00. Minimum order for orders shipping international is $50.00 - If not able to reach $50.00 a minimum service fee will be added to reach $50.00.
Merchandise not in inventory may be subject to minimum order quantities and/or special handling charges.

Non-Listed Items

Merchandise not listed on this web site, if available from our regular suppliers, may be subject to minimum order quantities and/or special handling charges. Shipment is made as quickly as deliveries are received from our source. Special order products are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis.

Delivery

All U.S. shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. In all cases the title shall pass when the carrier accepts the material for shipment. Therefore, all risk of loss or damage shall be incumbent upon the customer.

Shipment Damage

Merchandise is carefully packed in compliance with carrier requirements. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the carrier by the customer. All shipments should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. If damage does not become apparent until shipment is unpacked, make a request for inspection by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.

Errors and Omissions

Straight Road Electronics makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our Internet site. The specific product information contained herein is provided by the Manufacturers of the product who are solely responsible for content and accuracy. In some cases the graphical representations or text may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Straight Road Electronics makes no representation about the information and graphics presented. All text and graphical representations are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, expressed, written or implied.

Force Majeure - Straight Road Electronics will not be held liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Straight Road Electronics, including but not limited to product allocations, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, Government priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions, computer interruptions, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots, or war. Straight Road Electronics' time for delivery or performance will be extended by the period of such delay or Straight Road Electronics may, at its option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof without liability by giving notice to the Customer.

Warranty & Disclaimer

Since Straight Road Electronics cannot control the use of its products, there are no express warranties that extend beyond the description contained herein. Straight Road Electronics disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Since Straight Road Electronics cannot control the manner or use of its product after the sale, it will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Since Straight Road Electronics is only acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, it expressly limits its liabilities to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer. Straight Road Electronics will pass these guarantees through to the customer. No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery.

Return Policy

SRE may at its discretion allow for return or replacement of any product requested within 30 days from the date of shipment. All merchandise to be returned must be in new condition, unused, free from defects, in resalable condition, in original packaging and all components, instructions, manuals etc must be included. Products returned incomplete, damaged or not in compliance with above will not be accepted for return. SRE reserves the right to refuse any merchandise shipped without a valid RMA#, which will be returned to customer at their expense. Returned products will be inspected and if found defective, used, not adequately package, altered in any manner, used improperly, and not in original package or condition will not be acceptable for return credit and will not be returned to purchaser.

Restocking Fee

All non-defective items being returned are subject to a restocking fee up to a maximum of 25% as long as the product(s) is deemed acceptable for return by SRE. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:

1.   Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of original ship date by calling 800-507-6146 / 949-215-9449 or by email. An RMA# is required for ALL returns.

2.   Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA#:
    -   Original order number (located on packing slip), the part number of product to be returned, and the reason for return.
    -   Your name, daytime and/or mobile telephone number and email address.

3.   Verify that all merchandise is in original packaging and all components, instructions, manuals and accessories are included.

4.   Please write the RMA# on the outside of the package and on what is used as packing slip.

5.   For your protection, use a "traceable" ground shipping method.

Credits

Credit will be issued after SRE receives, inspects, and processes the return. Net-30 customer will get credit to their account for use on future purchases.
